Here's a brief look at two of our favorite picks for dining in Cambria. There are many fine and fun choices in the area for families and couples enjoying a Cambria vacation. Our reviews below are our favorites but we can't wait to go back to Cambria to continue or Cambria culinary adventure.

We personally recommend Romantic dining alfresco at the Cambria Pines Lodge

Outdoor dining in a romantic grotto style setting overlooking the garden, we loved the fresh selections prepared with a culinary flair that surpasses many fine restaurants in New York and San Francisco. The service is superb, the atmosphere can't be beat and the prices are moderate. This is a must visit choice and if you ask you can even dine alfresco with your well behaved pooch !...we did and will go back here every time

Once again, our hands down favorite for a casual yet romantic dinner with superb food and service is the Cambria Pines Lodge offering both indoor and outdoor seating.  The restaurant serves organic produce hand picked from the Lodge’s own garden and a wonderful selection of Central Coast wines. We picked a Chardonnay that was under $20 /bottle and it was clean, crisp, a perfect selection and easy on the wallet !

Casual, fun Italian dining in the heart of Cambria, established in 1986. They have both indoor and outdoor seating which is dog friendly. We dined there and enjoyed the food and the proximity to Cambria's best boutiques and shopping.  If you call ahead on chilly days or nights the friendly staff will crank up the outdoor heater so your seating area will be warm and toasty when you arrive. They have a fairly decent wine list for casual ding and for a real treat don't miss the Coconut shrimp appetizer for a bit of other than Italian fun as well !

Very authentic Mexican food featuring fresh home made dishes and a variety of salsas. Medusa's is a favorite of ours. The food is made before your eyes and the flavors will take you on a virtual vacation to old Mexico.

This is one of the most popular choices in town for delicious pizza. Try it !
